EXERCISE : DRAWING SECTIONS
STEPS:
- Make a series of freehand sections based your plan drawing (completed in the mid-semester break).
- Choose one of these drawings to refine through instrumental drawing
FINAL REQUIREMENT:
1. One finished instrumental sectional drawing
USE THE FOLLOWING:
Tracing paper
A sharp 2H mechanical pencil for your completed instrumental drawing.
CONSIDER:
- Use the drawing to explore the key vertical relationships implied in your design
- The sharpness of your pencil
- Your use of lineweight
- Composition of your drawings on the sheet.
