Areta Wilkinson
This week’s bLab is extra special because Areta Wilkinson is herself a Unitec graduate; one who has excelled in her field.
Areta teaches and practices Jewellery and has been producing and showing work in New Zealand for more than 15 years and internationally also. She has achieved recognition as the outstanding artist she is on a number of occasions most recently as one of two School of Design staff to represent New Zealand in Turbulence; The 3rd Auckland International Triennial. (We visited this work as part if the "interior day out" at AK07 earlier this year and many of you were very interested in it).
