Hi third years,
We have a fun and exciting brief lined up for this semester. It will be introduced in full on Tuesday BUT in the meantime you need to gather together these crucial 'ingredients' and have them ready for next Tuesday's class.
Please source one of each of the following items:
1 An object / thing with an interesting interior. If possible bring the object. Document its interior through digital photography / scanning. Ideas: handbag, old tv, a favourite coat, jewellery box, picnic basket, fridge, think laterally...
2 a photo/scan of an adult performing an activity (whole body shot).
3 a photo/scan of child (whole body shot).
4 a photo/scan of a figurine. eg Army man, Wonderwoman, russian doll, Barbie, puppet
5 a photo/scan of a interesting sign.
*All photos or scans must be high resolution - ie 300pdi. No internet images!
Bring your digital camera to class if you have one.
You will also need paper and basic drawing media.
Drawing will be run in the Red & Blue Labs on Tuesdays 1.30-3.30pm.
