THINK ABOUT: How to create a sense of scale?
TASKS:
1. Interior of the object: Blow up a photo or scan of the inside of your object to an unrecognisable scale.
2. Cut out your small object, your figurine, your sign and/or a person. You don't have to use all of these items.
3. Establish 3 images which explore 3 different conditions of scale. Think of a word for each idea of scale you are trying to explore.
HOMEWORK: Print these images and manipulate each by hand to further explore your idea of scale – use different techniques. Try to including a ground plane or other planes/surfaces.
