Hello Students,
We are all looking forward to the start of the two studio projects this coming Monday morning March 3. Those of you who have opted for Regenerating Wynyard Point project, the plan is for us all to meet at Bldg 1, West Wing, lower meeting area at 9.30am. From here we will car pool and make our way into the city to the site at Jellicoe Street aiming to be there at 10.00am. We will spend the morning photographing the site and it's environs, measuring up the site generally and the Kauri Boatshed building in particular working in teams of 3 or 4, and generally absorbing and observing the entire area.
Please can you come prepared on Monday with a large pad, A3 would be ideal, your camera, and a 5 or 8 metre measuring tape.(These are not expensive and can be purchased from places such as Mitre 10).
The Curtain Call group will meet with Rachel on Monday at 9.30am in Room 2144 and take part in the model making workshop planned for that morning.
